At R.A.D®, we are committed to ensuring your gear supports your performance. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
